We have graduate and intern positions open now in software engineering based in our Sydney office.

In the first twelve months you’ll learn about the Prognosis product architecture and supported platforms. You’ll be assigned a mentor to guide you through the program, with regular feedback from peers and customers, and the opportunity to see your work deployed immediately to customer sites.

Our teams are constantly involved in process improvement and utilise team-based (Agile) development methodologies.

We encourage our graduates and interns to look for growth opportunities. From software engineering you can launch your career into different streams, including product architecture, management, QA, support, product management, or pre-sales engineering. All jobs are based initially in our Sydney headquarters, with future career paths available both within Australia and our overseas offices in London and Denver.

Integrated Research is an Australian company that has been building performance monitoring solutions for business-critical computing environments for over twenty years. Our flagship product, Prognosis, is used by more than 500 of the world’s largest organisations, in more than 50 countries, to monitor their business-critical IT infrastructure, payments processing, and VoIP networks.

In other words, Prognosis makes it possible for other businesses to keep doing what they do, helping to ensure constant server and application availability. Without access to their critical systems, our customers can’t serve their customers, and hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost revenue could be at stake.
